The following chart is a compilation of a few common bariatric vitamins or Dr. recommended vitamins. I was unsure which I wanted to purchase, so I wanted to see a cost/nutrient comparison before I blindly chose. I will be buying the O-Purity vitamins from Unjury, and will probably supplement that with Biotin and possibly a B variety.
